Smart Fashion Thrift Store

"Giving one star only because negative stars is unavailable. Every time I go into the store, the prices are not what are marked on the boards and now they added a new little bit of information stating that after 1 PM the prices are charged for the next day. How does this make sense. And why can’t the store follow their own rules for sale items . Today is Thursday it was supposed to be six items for $10, I ended up with five items plus a novelty Fuller priced item. She charged me $10 for $310 for the other two items and $18 marked down from $29 for sixth… so what I thought was going to be $10 ended up being almost 40 bucks…. Asked them what was up and they said it was 3 items per $10 but even then the math doesn’t add up !!? not to mention that that would not have been the total for Friday today’s dates bargain, which would’ve been one item for eight dollars … Seriously its a waste of your time to try and reason with them… The staff is weird to say the least. Waiting to be checked out, the cashiers were making out and giggling with each other while I stood there, and finally had to ask them to ring me up! The place is very very overcrowded unprofessional non-consistent and ridiculously over priced. No bargains here."

"This was the worst experience ever. The workers had terrible customer service and kept changing the prices so we could pay more. They’re hoarders who barely sell things. They said the “prices in the morning are different from afternoon prices”. Don’t go here they were very strange."

"i really liked this thrift store when it first opened, it was organized well enough & had a variety of second hand items. But recently in the last year/months they've been reselling amazon returns in store & its taken over half the store. It's extremely messy and disorganized & half the amazon returns are priced at almost retail price! its amazon items that were returned to amazon, then sold to this place, priced at almost retail price & goes to the floor untested! i know its untested because i've worked in thrift stores & i've found some questionable items there. they still have a nice selection of clothes but they've downsized the other sections to make more room for amazon returns. i really used to like this store but now its literally overwhelming rifling through the amazon returns to get to some decent second hand items"

"Was overcharged, 2.99 when it was suppose to be $1. The sign even says was $2.99 now $1. I mentioned this to them when I saw what I was charged and there response was "yeah, this one had a wrapping on it" which it didnt. Even if it did I didnt see anywhere where it said "on sale except for ones with plastic wrap missing from item. Plus everything that they had a actual price on was ridiculously expensive."

"You dont trust me in your store with my too large for you purse, but im supposed to trust you to hold it?? First time here, walked around for a good 5 minutes looking for medical scrubs before realizing I was being followed, so I stopped and waited for the employee to come around the corner so I could ask her for directions if she wa going to continue to follow me. Turns out the cashier approaches me and says I need to turn my bag in, referring to my purse. I told her no thanks I don't think I'll do that, and then asked if they had scrubs. She says yes and since we were close I told her to accompany me over there to take a glimpse before leaving. Of course they dont want to lose business, but i think its bizarre that you want my purse? Needless to say i didnt miss out except for a pair of shoes I debated on earlier, but its ok. Easiest thing would be is to give my purse up or get a smaller one. Ive always preferred bigger ones so I can forgo coming to this location. I think the APPROACH couldve been better, i didnt look around at other peoples purses or whatever but you spoke when i arrived and watched me walk around for a while, plenty of time to mention something, instead you send someone to follow me and because you probably guess I was getting ready to confront them you intervene. Just be wary if you like purses huge like I do."
