They make me feel welcome, know my tastes, and customize their recommendations. When I ask for feedback on how things fit, their responses are spot on. I’m so glad JJill is here at the Forum. Love shopping the sale racks too."

"I hate clothes shopping, but I needed an outfit for our family picture. I looked everywhere for 2 days, and nothing looked good. At the last minute my SIL told me about J.Jill, and said to ask the staff to help me. By then I had 30 minutes to find something to be able to get home, and leave with my family to get the picture done. They had me in and in that time with 3 great outfits. The pictures turned out wonderfully. I'm going back today for jeans."

"I came in to buy a gift for my mom for Christmas. I am a 19 year old male college student so I understand I am not of the demographic that usually visits j.jill. That being said, I was treated rudely and distastefully by several sales associates (I made several trips to the store to find a particular item). They acted as if I did not belong and as if I was a complete idiot when it came to knowing what my mom wanted. To the contrary, I knew the exact item down to the color and size. At Christmas time, in particular, sales associates should expect any type of person to come through their doors in order to buy a gift and thus be prepared to be kind and respectful no matter whether the person fits the normal customer profile. Frankly, this type of respect should be exercised every day of the year, not just at Christmas. I was not treated this way however, but rather in a rude manner. I would hope that in the future, customers, no matter how out of place they may seem at a women’s clothing store, would be treated more respectfully than I was."
