"So incredibly slow. I’ve never left a review for a Starbucks before but had to here. I sat in the drive thru at the window for an extremely long period of time. They never acknowledged me. I actually would have been fine if they acknowledged me and said they were running behind. It was unbelievable."

"I've experienced multiple bad experiences here. The afternoon and evening crew always seem to have a low care of service. Especially the gentleman who worked the drive thru today. My food was Luke warm, and my drink was made poorly. Not to mention being argued with about a policy with keeping gift cards after being scanned (as if I couldn't receive my food until it was handed over). Maybe this location is just bad."

"Unfortunately, this location is not the best if you're expecting a timely turn around on your order. This location regularly takes over 30 minutes for mobile orders and I've had to leave empty handed on multiple occasions to avoid running late to work. When behind they often openly ask who had mobile orders and then begin making whoever's order they ask first - not by time ordered. This is a busy location with seemingly a lot of mobile orders. Delayed orders is to be expected but 30+ minutes for a latte is excessive. If the location cannot reasonably keep pace with the mobile orders, maybe this option should be paused to avoid customers receiving a false expectation of a timely coffee order."

"Just left this location after ordering a Carmel brûlée latte made with almond milk. They gave me just hot almond milk with syrup and forgot the espresso! How do you forget the espresso at a coffee shop? I was so excited for my latte and didn’t notice until I was too far to turn back around"

"I absolutely would not recommend this location. Especially if you have somewhere to be on time. They are extremely understaffed, and you are going to have to wait in the drive-through line for an extremely long time, whether it is five cars in front of you or just one. They have got to higher more efficient people, and just more staff in general."
