"I took my car into the nearby body shop and came by this Dunkin’ to get some work done on my laptop and have a coffee. After I got a bite and a coffee I asked for the WiFi password and they told me the wifi was down in the guest half of the building. I don’t know if they just didn’t want the hassle of giving out the password but both signals were strong and the staff were using it just fine. Not that big a deal but I wish they’d said something before I ordered and when I asked if I could try and get some work done while I waited rather than after the fact."

"I have been coming here for over ten years. In the past six months or so the people at the drive through don't seem to speak much English in the morning on the weekend. They are very nice but it's frustrating. With mobile orders they hand me my drink and tell me to have a great day and I have to ask about the food that was part of my order and they all group together to figure it out and then hand my my food. Donuts are always dry, even at 8 am."

"I like this Dunkin! The young people that work during the weekdays (we today, Oct 31, and they were there again) are always so kind, professional, and patient. The young lady who took my order even wanted to double to make sure she had my order correct. The coffee was nice and hot, pumpkin muffin was delicious!"

"Manager and employee both are rude. Call corporate. I tried to escalate a problem just to get the same degree of inappropriateness from the manager. I was so shocked and don’t feel right about not leaving this review. Jessica and morning manager you all should not be around food or money period. No one wants to be harassed while spending money or spoken to harshly. You can’t act like that at work!!! The car in front of me left while ordering. I see why. If I didn’t promise donuts and food for my employees I would have left too. If you don’t want that job, quit. But don’t take it out on patrons. If I ever acted like that at work I’d be told to clock out and go home, for good… The employee was hostile initially at the intercom and when I saw her; her appearance supported her attitude. Her body language and demeanor was aggressive, even as she barely slid the window open to interact with me. If you want more money or more in general, you have to do the lesser job that pays less well, first! Why would someone pay you more or give you more when you can’t and/or refuse to do the smaller or lesser task? If you keep acting like that don’t be surprised that opportunities don’t arise or you don’t excel. Huge opportunity area… Unacceptable. I will never come back."

"This Dunkin’ has a big dine in area. Great staff in the morning. My only concern is the tables aren’t wiped off. Either the customers or the staff don’t care about leftover crumbs. I understand it’s a dynamic fast food chain that mostly serves drive-thru but can I dine in? Other than that, it’s all good."
