Starbucks

"First off, it smells musty in the restaurant. I went in for a doordash delivery order 2/11/24 at 12:50 in which, according to the app, the order was supposed to already be ready. The order was for ONE item, a drink. No one greeted or acknowledged me when I walked in and stood by the mobile order pickup section. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to even say anything at all. There were 5 people behind the counter and only about 4 people waiting. You mean to tell me it takes this long for a freaking drink?! With that many people working? Are you kidding me? We just ended up cancelling the order. I wouldn’t dare go here as a customer. Horrible service, slow as hell, and a stinky smell. No way in hell."

"Most of the time when I've visited this location the patio service window and order pickup windows have handwritten signs saying they're closed. They are literally NEVER open. This defeats the purpose of the window on the Beltline and force you to go inside even if you selected pick up and that is the designated pick up area. The staff is also typically slow on the orders even though they aren't busy and I've had my order messed up more than once. I despise this location and it's y The most convenient for my morning walks. Disappointed"

"This isn't an experience specific to this location but every single Statbucks. Ordered no caramel drizzle. The sticker even says no caramel drizzle. So why is there EXTRA CARAMEL on the cup AND on the whip cream. Never have I ever gotten exactly what I ordered at Starbucks."

"A nice newly renovation Starbucks. Standard experience. Staff members were really friendly and accommodating. Our drinks were made perfectly and very quickly. Loads of parking near this Starbucks. The coffee shop was clean and had tons of seating!"

"I was here while was visiting Ponce street market. Just across the road is this Starbucks. Ample seating space and good ambience to enjoy the hot coffee in chilly weather of Atlanta. They have toilet facilities as well inside the cafe."
