"I don’t go to Starbucks much, but when I do it’s at this location! My order is always right and the service is great."

"Wrong drink ordered vanilla flavored it tastes like peppermint. Also full of coffee grounds and just taste bad. Cleaning equipment out next to coffee, possible contamination as well. Due to safety concerns I will not be confronting staff at this time and will be taking this up with corporate."

"RUDE. Went here two nights ago and the black female in there is SUPER rude and another female there is as well. If someone is ordering something WOTH SPECIFICS don't try to tell them how to order what THEY LIKE. Not to mention to yell through the drivethru and it's barely even 910 PM that the cafe is CLOSED is RIDICULOUS AS WELL. All of this only to get something I DID NOT PAY FOR....I made it clear how to make my coffee (which was SIMPLE) but per the female on the speaker SHE KNOWS best and what I order DAILY just wasn't it obviously. They're one step away from Food Poisoning lawsuits JUST WATCH!!!"

"Hands down the worst Starbucks experience I’ve had, I brought an official Starbucks cup in to receive my discount an extra 25 points for using a reusable cup. The lady at the counter taking my order says she needs to check if my cup is clean and doesn’t want to hold because she’s unsure if it’s dirty or not . Okay no worries but then proceeds to place my cup in a dirty mug with old coffee at the bottom. Completely unacceptable because why would I want my cup to be dirty at the bottom just because you don’t want to “touch” my cup which was CLEAN . The energy from all three workers was lackluster . Lastly they gave my boyfriend his cup back with juice all over the outside . Overall annoying experience . Won’t return to this location ever again."
