"Drive through order, simple Medium Caramel Macchiato, Medium Drip with Cream and 1 Splenda. Time from pulling up to sign to someone taking an order 4 minutes. Finally order ready after an additional 8 minutes. Caramel Macchiato, unmixed and stratified. No straw to stir with and cup too full to mix. Stratification makes the drink undrinkable as caramel is at the very bottom, milk above that, then straight espresso on top. Drip is delivered with 4 splenda indicated and included. Service is SLOW and often incorrect. Give up on this location never going back. DRINK LOCAL"

"My drink tasted like there was soap in it and the sandwich they served me wasn’t properly cooked. For what they charge $11 for a coffee and sandwich- it should at least be made with some care. This didn’t happen on this visit, hence the low star rating."

"As a former partner, I know how intense peak can be. I have worked every shift at many different locations and successfully ran morning peak on a regular basis. That being said, I am no longer getting my beverages at a discount/free. I am now paying $6.09 for each refresher I choose to purchase. PLEASE shake the drink. It truly makes a difference in flavor AND in my morning commute if it is shaken properly. The staff here is always friendly, but I have had two instances where my beverage isn't shaken and it throws off my day. My usual is a strawberry refresher with lemonade and no berries. We ALL know if you don't shake these, the juice or lemonade will sit on top which really makes an impact on the overall beverage. I believe I spoke to Carol at some point or someone with a similar name. Giving 5 stars across the board hoping my drink will be made correctly going forward."

"I’ve never had a coffee made wrong with Starbucks but this morning it was. I ordered a white mocha and receive only mocha/chocolate. Whatever it was, not a great taste. When I called to let them know, the young lady said do you want to come back so we can remake it? I told her I was already at work. She said ok I’ll let them know. She didn’t attempt to get a name. So I asked so will I receive a new coffee tomorrow? She said yes I’ll let them know, what is your name? I understand this location may have been busy but great customer service goes a long way."
