"I drove through first thing in the morning for an ice mocha coffee. They gave me expired milk and now violently sick. Steer clear of this establishment."

"My recent visit to this location involved a mobile order placed through the app at 8:18. Upon my arrival around 8:30, my order wasn't prepared, which I understood. However, despite waiting patiently at the designated pickup spot, no staff approached me to inquire about my order status. After approximately 15 minutes, I approached the register and informed the cashier about my order. Regrettably, despite assurances, there was no progress. It took an additional prompt from another team member for the original cashier to acknowledge the issue, which could have been communicated earlier. The subsequent confusion about the order's location was a result of inadequate clarification and delayed resolution. While I acknowledged my oversight in the location selection, I requested if they could still prepare the order, given the circumstances. Unfortunately, this was declined by the manager. As someone with prior managerial experience at Dunkin, I believe accommodating such situations is feasible without undue strain on resources. It was disappointing to observe disorganization impacting service efficiency. The excessive drive-thru wait times and overall operational backlog were concerning. Ultimately, the inability to resolve the issue and the declined accommodation for a genuine mistake left me disappointed. The lack of structured operations was evident. Consequently, I regret that I won't be returning to this location."

"This location and their employees suck. Woman employee serving drive thru had the nastiest rudest attitude and this is my third time coming here and all they offer is black coffee. Why promote anything else? Literally the worst dunking donuts."

"Second time I’ve come here and they half filled my drink. First time I said something because I had time, this time I was in a rush. Won’t be going here anymore. And for the $6 they are I should be getting what I pay for. I’ll stick to my homemade coffees or go to my local family owned coffee shop. (They’re better anyways) 0-10."
