Dunkin'

"Extremely poor customer service. I went through the drive thru on a very busy morning to purchase warm milk for my small child and decided I should also get a tea for myself. It took at least 10 minutes and the line was out the parking lot. After I paid the person at the window they asked me to drive around and wait for my order. I found this strange as it was only warm milk and tea. After waiting another 5 minutes the person came out to my car and states she is not allowed to sell warm milk. I was completely perplexed because I had already paid. When I asked her to repeat what she was saying she said the owner would not allow her to bring out the milk. The audacity to take someone’s money and then refuse service, made it worth my time to go into the store and talk to this individual with my child in hand. The worker was absolutely right. I told the owner I did not want to understand or debate why he would not sell me milk while I have a small child with me waiting for it, I just needed a refund and would never come there again. This man argued with me for another 3 minutes before giving me the refund. This was in front of my child and a store full of people all waiting to be served. I almost just walked away because it was not a big purchase but the principal of the matter made me demand the refund. You can’t take peoples money and then decide you don’t want to sell them what they have already paid for. Terrible customer service. They are likely busy because of the lack of competition in the area."

"I ordered a strawberry refresher and it was lighter than the picture and any other one I bought from other Locations. The cashier assured me strawberry was there, but it tasted as if they ran out and added green tea. I circled around to inquire again and was met with an attitude. After paying my 6 bucks I desire the right to ask about the product. It would be awesome if some type of customer service class is offered people sticking anybody at your drive thru window. I can upload a pic at anytime to show how strange this looks and they had the nerve to charge full price. This is water and color."

"Not the best experience with my first visit to this location. While I got my order in quickly I was waiting 18 minutes for my iced latte. When I asked about it I was told that someone must have taken it and that I wasn't paying attention. When I asked for it to be made again the employee making latte's just sighed at me. I finally received it and asked for my receipt back but she literally threw it away in front of me. I had to ask someone else to reprint it for me. The location was very crowded but order's seemed to move pretty smoothly with the exception of mine. The overall atmosphere was ok considering the volume of people in the lobby. I doubt I will be back to this location though as I have other locations that have much better service."

"If I could give -1 stars I would! Visited on 7/12/2023. Person taking my order was very rude and impatient, I got food for my sister and myself. First my sister bit into her food to find HAIR in her food. This immediately made me very weary of my own food. After checking, I found a hair in my food as well! ?!? There’s no coincidence that this woman had a nasty attitude with me and I find 2 completely different hairs in 2 different meals! I’m completely disgusted! One picture added. I went back 7 hours later after my hair appointment to return everything that I purchased! Will not be back! Should be closed down !!!!"

"Post pandemic I'm appreciative of the staff's commitment to cleanliness. The store is always tidy. The staff, except one, is consistently kind & knowledgeable about their products. The morning of June 29 I stopped in for my coffee and had to use the loo. I was pleasantly surprised by how clean the bathroom was kept right down to the trash bin. The floor was even mopped! I returned for my evening coffee and again, it was freshly cleaned! The counter is always clean with no sour milk smell. The display isn't dusty and the tables are always clean. I hope this never changes. Dunkin' continues to exceed customer expectation in staff and service."
