"This review is for the location near T18 in the T North terminal. 6 employees and 3 customers. 2 out of the 3 in front of me received incorrect orders. The “team” was arguing and appeared that they could not care any less about being there or serving customers. Waited 15 minutes, inquired about my order. They said they didn’t have any order. I showed them my receipt and asked if I ordered from the correct store. They confirmed I did but still had no ticket. Someone said to another employee to make my drink but they even argued who should do it. I left and had to call to get a refund. Not an easy process by the way."

"BEWARE of Concourse C Gate 16 Starbucks. Traveling through on New Years Day. The lady who seemed to be in charge is completely rotten! Mobile order time said 5-8 min, wasn’t in a hurry, gave it 10 min and headed down to pick it up. There was about 20 other people waiting patiently at the mobile order counter. This particular lady seemed to be moving intentionally slow, like she didn’t give a care in the world that there were so many people which I thought was odd but also, if that’s how you work under pressure then so be it. But, then she proceeds to shout at all of us waiting, “If you are waiting on a mobile order you need to be behind the line!” She wanted everyone around the corner where you can’t see or hear anything. 20 people crammed together around the corner behind a rope, I should’ve take a picture it was so ridiculous how these people were being treated and corralled like cows. Most everyone moved but she continued to yell at some stragglers. After about 10 min I decided to leave because the energy was so bad. When I came back there were more new people waiting near the area so of course she proceeded to shout again. This time I just stood where I was but she looked at me and shouted, “Mam, mam! If you do not move behind the line I will stop these orders!” Everyone was whispering how awful she was and her staff looked miserable. Nobody stood up to her though because they just wanted their coffee and I’m sure that’s why she acts that way. Finally got my drink about 30 min after ordering. Such a bad experience because of one lady. She had no business working in customer service."

"Visit was 12 June 2023. Tried their new chocolate mint Frappuccino, and I was a happy camper. So during the rest of the summer, that is what I kept looking for during my travels. Was a nice treat. Service was quick and staff friendly."

"Awful. Just AWFUL. I ordered a drink and a sandwich. My sandwich came quickly but I didn't even get to drink the drink I bought. Poor service, people working don't care about their speed. They delayed me and even after delaying me I still didn't get to have my drink. I thereafter had to rush to go into my flight. POOR. That's my summary on that store"

"They have restroom cleaner ( bleach) on the table with food (you can see it in the photo). This institution must be closed immediately! They poison people! Such institutions are a shame of our wonderful country. People are very angry, not educated, not interested in making their customers happy. At the expense of cleanliness - it's just terrible!"
