Einstein Bros. Bagels

"Ordered from this establishment for the first time via UberEats. I paid $4.00 for a hot tea along with with a breakfast bagel, to not receive the tea. I contacted the establishment and they told me they put the tea bag on top of the drink (when it should’ve been included in the bag along with napkins that I didn’t receive) and there was nothing they could do about it. Instead of trying to rectify the issue, the gentleman I spoke with brushed it off and spoke over me during the call justifying the missing item from my order. I also contacted UberEats who said they couldn’t do anything about it. First and last time eating from this place."

"Terrible experience on a Sunday morning. I like Einstein Bagels from other locations, this was the worst bagel and chai late. The people (Shaggy looking guy and tall black girl) at the cash registers were rude, they were making fun of people and no helpful at all."

"I visited Einstein's Bagels during breakfast hours and unfortunately, they were out of the cheddar jalapeño bagel that I was looking forward to trying. It was a bit disappointing, but I decided to try the Green Chile bagel instead. The service was decent, nothing exceptional, but nothing terrible either. The staff was polite and helpful, and my order was prepared quickly and accurately. However, when it came to the food itself, I have to say that it was just so-so. The bagel I ordered was a little hard and lacked the fresh, chewy texture that I was hoping for. The egg in my breakfast sandwich tasted very bland and didn't have much flavor. The hash browns were a letdown too, as they were not crispy at all and didn't have the expected savory taste that I was hoping for. Unlike other places, hash browns here are served as one large piece, like the size of a small muffin. See photos. Overall, I'd say that Einstein's Bagels is an okay option for breakfast, but nothing special. If you're in a pinch and need a quick bite, this place will do, but don't expect anything too extraordinary. I have had better experiences at other breakfast places, and I think that Einstein's Bagels could improve their food quality to match the expectations of customers who are looking for a satisfying breakfast experience"

"Einstein Bros. Bagels Popular bagels, breakfast, coffee and pastry store or bakery chain. Located in the corner of Cumberland Parkway and Paces Ferry in Cobb country right off Exit 18 from I-285. Kind of across from Publix and beside Home depot. Great location, great selection and quick service. Hard working employees. Friendly and polite staff. Plenty of parking. Can get busy during breakfast and lunch times. Location closes at 2pm. Plan your trip, pick up or delivery accordingly."
