"I placed an online order for a beautiful dress. The next day I had a question about the order and sent a message to CTO. I immediately got a response from Cereatha. She was so helpful! She did some research on the order and told me she would get back with me once the store opened the next day. The store opens and noon, and I received an email shortly after that letting me know that the dress was out of stock. She offered several different options to help me. We ultimately decided to just get a refund for the dress. In the future, if I am looking for any formal wear I will start with CTO. They went above and beyond with the customer service.
