Dunkin'

"I came into this location this morning for a cinnamon raisin bagel. I received 2 because the lady said one of them was hard. She gave me 2 and out of the 2 bagels, I was only able to get maybe a third of 1 top that wasn't completely hard. It's apparent that these bagels were old and stale, and they were still selling them to people period this has happened before at this location, I will not be going back. I tried to call for 10 mins and no one answered the phone."

"No wait and friendly employees. Small location but it’s been here forever and not difficult to get to."

"Usually good customer service. However, today the product was "garbage". And it was SOLELY due to the preparation of my Iced CARAMEL Latte. Which was only a cup of milk. MINUS CARAMEL. It was just horrible and tasteless. If they were out of CARAMEL. They should've stated such. I am including a picture to show all of the MILK and LACKING CARAMEL."

"Probably the worst Dunkin around. Make sure you bring a tent and sleeping bag as it takes forever. Always understaffed, dining room closed most of the time. The Wisdom Rd location always tries to give these guys a run for their money on who has the worse service, but I think this location is winning. Food is good at least when the orders correct."

"Paid for our order via the mobile app and pulled up and nobody was there! The store was completely closed! I guess no one showed up for work? Not only that, but now I have to wait until Tuesday to fight the charges with Dunkin! This is completely irresponsible of the store. I bet they have several orders coming in."
