Poké Bar

"We visited this restaurant at 8:30 pm (closes at 9) when no one else was in the restaurant. I saw one of the employees tidying up as if he were prepping to close. We fully expected to get the unwelcome eye roll coming in that close to closing. However, the employee welcomed us with a big smile and hello that was really genuine. We had never eaten there before, and he happily explained the process to us. During that time a second employee came out from the back and helped him with our orders. He offered suggestions when he noticed us contemplating what we wanted. When we were debating eating in vs taking it to go because of the time, he again made us feel very welcomed to stay as he explained that they would be there cleaning anyway, so there was no rush for us to leave. As we sat and ate, another customer came in wanting a drink that they were out of. The employee took the time to make other recommendations rather than letting her leave empty handed after she said she only likes the one they were out of. Then another group came in, and the same employee joked with them that he should know what they want by now because they always order the same thing. I wish I would have gotten his name, but if course he was busy making other customers feel special when we left. That didn’t stop him from yelling bye as we went out the door though. I never leave reviews, but these two employees were absolute gems who stood out in such a positive way that I am happy to take the time to leave this review. Oh, and the food was really good too!"

"They have the best boba in PTC. ESPECIALLY when the two young gentlemen are working or the older sweet Asian guy. Best service and drinks ever. And they make their poke bowls better then island fin… last time I went to island fin they charged me for stuff without letting know it was gonna be a charge, the avocados were a dollar extra and they were mushy and black looking.. gross."

"Always one of my favorites when in town. Just wish the Ahi was larger in size can barely taste it with all the other ingredients. Spicy ahi seems like it's ground instead of chunky pieces. Overall still a good dish just not like an original."

"I absolutely love this place. Typically I get ok service. They seem a tad bit frustrated that I like to customize my order. However, today I was helped by a very kind employee named Amber. She greeted me and showed absolutely no signs of frustration with my order. Amazing energy. Superb customer service! Thank you very much for such a pleasant experience on my visit today! ❤️"

"It was delicious!! I had shrimp and spicy chicken and I loved how fresh everything tasted. The staff was very friendly and they picked up that it was my first time and they were very helpful."
