"I love Torrid. This store is always neat and clean. Sometimes the salespeople are nice and sometimes they are totally checked out. Just depends on the day."

"Employees there aren’t very friendly. When I went inside to ask what time do they close, lady looked at me like I had 3 heads… no wonder why it’s empty. They don’t even wanna answer simple questions."

"Went to the store to pickup my order that I got shipped to the store. Received an email stating my order is ready for pickup. Get to the store at 5:00pm and the store is closed. The store is not supposed to close till 8:00. I am so frustrated."

"I went to Torrid for the first time and had the best experience. Initially I was hesitant and nervous because I didn’t know what to expect. I was greeted by both employees upon entry. Stephanie was the best. She helped me so much and was there every step of the way for any questions I had. She helped me choose and look for my size in different styles and had great suggestions. She was so sweet and helpful and very patient. She made my experience a pleasant one. She definitely deserves employee of the month award. I left the store feeling happy about everything I got and will say I’ve been missing out on Torrid and this is now my number 1 favorite store. Thank you Torrid and Stephanie."

"I'm not sure how to rate this particular store, as it's not indicative of the other Torrid experiences I've had. The store's GM (Stephanie) was very rude, when I called the store on 2 separate occasions and then when I went into the store, in person. She was condescending, rude and argumentative. On the other hand, Cayleigh was fantastic! She was so helpful and kind. She assisted me in trying to find a wedding dress for my vow renewal. She brought in every dress in my size, she had in the store. Then walked the store with me to look at skirts and tops. She really went over and above, to be helpful. (I honestly think she was trying to make up for her boss's rudeness.) I also spoke to the DM Kelli, and she was also just as kind and very helpful. I will be back to the store, but if Stephanie is still there, I will avoid her. I just feel she's toxic to the store."
