"Went into the store on 1/27/24 with hopes to exchange two pair a jeans that were previously purchased for a smaller size. I had the receipt for one and not the other. One pair of jeans was in the plastic and the other still had tags on them and clearly had never been worn. The receipt was from November and I was told that I could not exchange. I could understand if the items looked worn or I was asking for my money back. I’ve spent a lot of money at Lane Bryant over the years, but will never purchase anything from this company again. They’ve just lost a customer."

"I really don't wear the clothes there, but I love the bras there. I especially like the sales events for the bras. The sales associates are always nice and willing to do a fitting. I'm going through Breast Cancer, so when I need some new bras I'm going there."

"The customer service of this one lady was trash!!!! I wish I knew her name but they don't wear name tags. It's a big black lady with a bad attitude. I asked to be sized, she did. I told her it was INCORRECT she refused to do it again. I tried on the size she said and it didn't fit, as I told her. So I tried on I few more to find the correct size since I plan to order online. She didn't help me at all. She made sure to come kick me out at 8pm though. I've been a lane Bryant customer for years. I've never experienced treatment like that before."

She made sure we got the perfect size, and made me feel so confident & comfortable. Felt like she was one of my best friends shopping with me. Highly recommend this location & this lovely lady!
