"I would vote 0 stars if I could. Don’t come to this Dunkin Donuts unless you want Step to argue with you about how you want your coffee made, and argue so much that she forgets half of your order, making you drive back for the other half. Not everyone knows whats the difference is between every single coffee and I sure didn’t! I asked very nicely first off to just have black coffee added to my drink because I don’t like milky drinks. I understand ordered a macchiato but I didn’t understand exactly what I was ordering because I was rushing and just wanted to get a coffee in me. Step proceeds to lecture me on not knowing the differences between the coffees on the menu and refuses to add black coffee to my drink because it has “espresso”. I didn’t want more espresso added, I just wanted coffee added. That was a huge issue for her as she proceeded to argue with me, so much so that I didn’t receive two breakfast sandwich’s, and didn’t give me all the munchkins I paid for! I I used to work at Dunkin Donuts and this by far was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered at any Dunkin’ Donuts."

"Terrible! I had to park and wait for my food even though I ordered ahead. Then when I got my order it was cold, didn’t have the egg on it, and was not melted. It was just a croissant and cheese! The girl that brought it out to me didn’t say anything and was very rude. Then when I circled around to get my order corrected all I got was an eye roll."

"I went and order and strawberry dragon fruit refresher and the put green tea in it no biggie maybe I messed up the girl at the counter was willing to help me but than there was a short girl making the drinks and caught an immediate additude with me for what idk so with her talking to me they way she did I turn around and started to walk out the door and she came back loud said bye I said bye ain't no reason for the additude she was yelling at me the whole way out... I'm sorry if my order was wrong but I went it trying to fix it and got disrespected the way I did... this place is so unprofessional and very rude"

"Finally a GREAT Dunkin Donuts close to my home. I popped in to get donuts for work and was thoroughly impressed with this location. The place was spotless and the staff was responsive and very courteous. The latte was ready before my donuts were picked out if that tells you anything about the service. I always look behind the counter to see how organized they are and check the housekeeping. This location was spotless. I am glad I found this gem of a location. Please check it out."

Drive through, order ahead, app orders and more. Easy access. Plenty of parking. Other options like Chick-fil-A, Burger King and more in close proximity."
