"I had the opportunity to work with Cat of the Newnan store and she was phenomenal from beginning to end!!!!!! 5 stars.... I had doubts of customizing my furniture and I was highly anxious but OMG..... when my furniture arrived it was and spectacular!!!!! Amazingly beautiful... I have no words... the delivery guys were super prompt and professional!!!! I will definitely do business only with Cat and definitely the Newnan Havertys!!!!!!!!"

"I have never been more disappointed in a company in my life. I ordered a sectional. They delivered the wrong piece. Rescheduled to send the right piece 3 different times and never was able to get it right. I finally decided I could no longer wait and wanted to return the piece of furniture. Now they are not refunding me for the full amount I paid and every time I call, I must explain the entire story all over again. By the time that everything gets settled they say they can't do any time until they hear back from the billing department or the store etc. but a week goes by, and nothing happens. So, I must call again and do it all over again. And then to add insult to injury they scratch my new wood floors during delivery. Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never shop here again and if ever asked by anyone I will let them know to stay away."

"I would give this store 0 stars is I could. They delivered a table without all the pieces. They rescheduled for a week later to bring the missing piece and put my table together. They showed up the second time without the part! And now no one can locate the part and I have no timetable for them to fix it. The table is just sitting in pieces in my dining room and can’t be put together. They are incompetent and I will never spend another dollar at Havertys. Their customer service is awful both in-store as well as their “top drawer” customer service number."
