"Went in not knowing what size I was since major weight loss and needing something for a funeral. Christy and Erika (not sure on spelling) were absolutely amazing and nailed my size on the first try. Amazing women!! Very helpful and seeing Erika’s face when I came out of the dressing room made me feel like a BOSS in my new selection. I needed that!! Thank you."
"Great people to come in and give advice on how I look even helpful when it comes to suggestions on professional clothing. They know me I get the whole outfit off the mannequin. I love Catos. I had to my use closet in second room. If I need help putting together a professional outfit. Their there to help and fix me right up. I needed an outfit for court I wanted to look like a lawyer. They were happy to help."
"Walked in, walked around for awhile. Three people in the store and not one greeting. Planned on buying some clothes today but, I wasn't even smiled at even when I made eye contact."
"The store was clean and seemed organized..The new Manager is a very polite and helpful young girl..she was multitasking and appeared to have no other employees..she was working very hard to please a very rude customer and was very professional and polite the whole time while getting cussed and blessed out over an item not in size she wanted...apparently, she had to do her job and that of a clerk..Come on Cato, maybe this is why you can't keep help..Over worked and they are probably under paid..Kudos to "MO""
"This is the second time I have visited the store. The first time I went in and met whom I believe to be the store manager- she lives in Athens. I wanted to give them a second chance before making this post since I’m very frank about my experiences. The first time the “manager” greeted me at the register with “we don’t do layaways.” I know my look alone can be offensive, so I checked myself, giggled, and told her that I was paying with my debit card. You’d think I bought over $1,200 worth of clothing while living off of charity. The same thing happened with the most helpful sales clerk. Unfortunately, a #bigot store policy destroyed the good she did with her hands. As she was ringing up my order, she told me how much the items she’s rung up totaled as if she knows me, has me pegged with others who go shopping without money, don’t know how to keep a budget, or count. Perhaps she has me confused with whom I assume might be the store manager or herself. But keeping it honest, I admit that the store was clean and organized. The cashier was helpful. She even offered to order some merchandise from another store location. Cato’s merchandise isn’t upscale or expensive. You can get presentable outfits if you are a first responder and don’t want to pay much for an outfit that can get ruined with one wearing."
