"I went to Scooter's for the first time this morning. I was so impressed and they have earned my business! I asked the woman taking the order what she suggested because I had never been and she was so sweet and helpful. She took the time to chat with me and I appreciated that. The woman at the window was also so quick to have a conversation with me while I waited for my food to be done. AND THEN I get in the car and see my sandwich said "You're awesome" on it. STOPPPP. DAY MADE."

"Just went through the drive through asked for a large cold brew coffee with pumpkin flavor and pumpkin cold foam, what I got was a large coffee water, no flavor and pumpkin cold foam (my cold brew looked like tea it was so light). It's gonna be a never again for me at this location. My coffee was disgusting, I wound up just throwing it away. #moneywasted"
