"Best place ever. The current managers are polite while I am attending college and working remotely. Then interviewing for additional work details. Always fresh products. Very happy. Internet is also very fast."
"I haven’t always come to this specific Starbucks bc it’s quite a ways away from my apartment and work, but it’s now my go-to place just because of the baristas who work there! I see Bri all the time now since becoming a regular, and she is an absolute gem! Mckenna, Olivia, and Dreya also helped me find my new favorite drink: a white chocolate matcha with oat milk and salted caramel! The four of them have always given incredible suggestions and really make my day when I see them! (And it makes up for the lack of drive thru lol!)"
"At this location I've had to ask them to remake my coffee several times just this month alone. There's either absolutely no flavor and just tastes like water or they give me the wrong thing. A few of the workers are kind but some of them are very cold towards their customers. Go to a different Starbucks y'all."
"Just had a very pleasant experience here. The open air space was fresh and awakening, and the L-shaped bar made me feel like I was sharing the space with the employees in a way that humanized an otherwise mundane Starbucks run.. I wanted a pumpkin drink that wasn’t too sweet and Gonzo was kind and enthusiastically helpful and made the perfect suggestion. If you know Chattanooga, you know there is no shortage of boutique coffee shops. We travel often and would stop here again. I’m not one to write reviews, but this visit was worth a praise."
"We had a great experience at this location! My daughter and I were trying new complicated concoctions we'd found online and due to a poor explanation on my end something did not come out correctly. I have worked restaurant and retail and I know what goes through most people's heads when a customer has a difficult request that come out wrong, but these ladies handled it with such grace and understanding and I really wish I'd gotten their names to call them out individually because I was so embarrassed and they were so kind! Also, they seemed to all have great working relationships because they were able to properly take care of customers and still cut up and giggle with each other. That's usually a sign of good leadership and good hiring decisions to fit the culture of the existing group of employees. Edited to add, my daughter caught one girl's name on our way out: Makiya I am fairly certain the other girl was a manager, or at least was senior by longevity if not by position, because she fielded most questions staff had about things."
