"Love the great balance between phenomenal traditional coffee AND creative twists! I always ask baristas for their favorite drinks to expand my horizons and I was recommended the cortado…before noticing the lemonade coffee with pea tea ice cubes!! Naturally, I ordered both and was doubly impressed. The cortado was exquisite; the aroma and taste was an absolute sensory joy! Having recently discovered coffee lemonades, I was further made a fan and Velo’s addition of pea tea cubes gave it a fun twist. This coffee shop will surely be a go-to recommendation for all my coffee snob friends and the adventurous alike."

"Excellent cafe with some of the best roasts in Chattanooga! They roast from this location and fill the neighborhood with that toasty bean smell, they bottle(can?) their own flash chilled cold coffee and offer a great selection of sparkling espresso drinks. If you are looking for solid coffee in the city this is the place to go. My only critique is that the inside space is a bit tight and dark. But as an alternative they have a nice little outdoor seating garden that is great if the weather is nice!"

"Really Big Ice Cubes! Great coffee, great energy, & great service. I’ve been coming here for years and love the people here and their roasts. It’s nice to come in to the physical location after buying Velo-roasted coffee at other spots! I always get iced lattes with oat milk and they give you a really big ice cube. I love that. The croissants they get from Bread & Butter and are some of the best in Chattanooga. Nice single stall restroom, but there is only the one. It’s a nice spot to bike to if you live downtown, too!"

"Bro, if you've found this spot and love coffee you are in for a ride. Order your regular drink, wait for it, and one of their special seasonal drinks you'll unlikely get anywhere else. You won't be sorry. Treat yourself. They've got super talented and creative batista that craft some sick stuff. I got a vanilla latte - a basic go to, and then the fizzy fig and oh my! It was INCREDIBLE. Do yourself a favor. Order something fresh."
