"Ordered a laptop. Was supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. Filled out all of my paperwork and paid my first payment online. Has been 8 days. It has been at the store since friday. I called to see if i could pick it up instead. Apparently not. Was told yesterday it was scheduled for delivery today. Has not been delivered have to wait until monday. And they keep asking me when i am going to make my next payment. May just tell them to keep and go just buy one. Never going through them again."

There was a minor discrepancy in payment arrangements but when we brought it to their attention they adjusted the agreement accordingly and credited it to our next payment. They handled it politely and professionally. On one occasion we were a week late with payment and forgot to communicate... they contacted us and still remained polite and professional about it -- very graceful nice people."
