"I was driving up from Columbus for a work meeting and put my order through the app. However, for some reason, even after I changed the address in my app, it automatically changed the order location back to my favorite location in Columbus. When I realized what happened when I got to this Lagrange location, the manager called the Columbus store in an attempt to cancel it. He even expedited my reorder in an attempt to get it to me faster. I really appreciated the great above and beyond service provided."
"They were out of most donuts on a Sunday at 130pm. The girl at the drive thru was too busy talking on her cell phone while taking orders and being the cashier to give any decent service. Never seen that before Thankfully the coffee was made right. The only reason they got 3 stars."
"(September 10,2023 )The Employees were rude and insulting. While i was just waiting for my partner to come back from the bathroom, i was told by the employee if i could order cuz i was creepy just standing there and then again when i was told i was creepy by waiting on someone and when my partner finally came back we ordered and our drinks were terrible. Whole time hearing them complain about other coworkers promotions. Bad Customer Service and Bad Drinks? don’t recommend"
