Burger King

"It's been about 6 months since visiting this location. Unfortunately, 6 months ago, there were other issues I encountered. I decided to stop today for a quick bite inside, rather than drive-thru. It was a little after 1pm CST. There were several guests inside. The guy up front quickly took my order and verified that I had everything when my food was ready. I ordered a #1 with no tomato, small combo, with a sweet tea. I decided to sit in the back. After sitting down, I noticed it was rather warm. I just happened to look up and see a thermostat next to where I was sitting. Would you believe the room temp was 80 degrees, with a setpoint of 82. Really? I even heard some of the customers saying how hot they were. I really couldn't even enjoy my meal. This is south Alabama, not Alaska; not to mention, this is how germs spread!!! Aside from that, the sweet tea was nasty. It looked like water with brown food coloring, and it was so sweet, it was literally disgusting. I feel sorry for the guy who ordered after me. He had a sweet tea to go. I took the tea to the front counter where the guy and two other employees were standing. I think one lady was the manager. I shared with them my concern regarding the tea. The manager just looked at me and said, "Oh, okay." Never did she say, "Sir, I'm sorry. Let me check it out for you or can I get you another drink?" She and the other two employees just looked at me like I was an idiot. Nevertheless, I poured it out at the drink machine and got a fountain drink. This is why I rarely visit fast food restaurants, except for Chick-fil-A (would never happen there). Most of the employees are lazy or don't care and have no social skills. I'm not a judgmental person and will do almost anything for anyone. Anyhow, another disappointing experience at BK. I have relatives in Enterprise and unfortunately, they have told me similar stories about that location. I will take my $11 to Chick-fil-A and enjoy a positive dining experience. I hope my comments are shared with your new employees during their training. I also hope you make a visit to this location as well."

"Counter girl couldn't get the order right now matter how many times I told her, the manager was cussing like a sailor (I had my grandkids with me) almost the entire kitchen staff went outside and came back in smelling of pot(marijuana). The food was cold except for the French fries,they were fresh. Not happy at all."

"You should just close like the others. I paid $12.42 for a large whopper meal. The whopper was cold and had bare minimum toppings. The onion rings were a small in a large container. I will never be back."

"Stay far away from this location. The workers hate their jobs and their attitudes towards customers make it obvious they don't want you there. I'm actually nervous to let my family eat the $60 worth of food, not knowing if it's been tampered with. We order online since we have a large family, we were asked to wait out front in the parking lot. No problem and I was completely understanding. Ive worked fast food, Im always appreciative. An hour later, I walk in to the lobby to them still making my order, no care to how long it was taking, the cooks in the back are cussing and going back and forth over inappropriate topics. Also with no care that customers were in the lobby. Totally disgusting. This location needs firm retraining or a complete overhaul on their staff. Our order was still incorrect, another lady had came back in as well with her order not being fulfilled correctly. I just didn't want to be there another hour for the correction. I personally will not be coming back but good luck with your future business."

"I really was disappointed about my service at Burger King. I really was expecting a fast and friendly transaction, so I can enjoy my food. Didn't quite go as planned. I walked in next in line, and my order was taken very quick. Problem was I didn't receive it that way. I literally waited for 25 minutes for a simple order. The staff was in a meeting and the few employees that was responsible for service didn't seem to have a clue about fast food. I patiently waited, giving the situation a chance to become hospitality, but when my food was finished. The young lady behind the counter seemed irritable as she threw my food into the bag and rolled her eyes as if I showed any problem. I walked out with cold food and a cold shoulder as well. The restaurant was clean and remoldal, but the service was disappointing"
