Arby's

"Compared to other chains in the area, Arby's was dead (6:38pm 12/5/2023). The service from Matthew was amazing. The speed of service was great. The food, not so much. I ordered a #6 large the sandwich was mostly bread, the fries were mixed and was mostly empty (not even a handful). Did Arby's NOT have the meats tonight? What about fries? Why is it okay for you to charge over $12 for bread? I have posted photos."

"The new Arby's Big Bacon Cheeseburger(?) deserves a miss. Now, staff and service etc was excellent. But in the cut throat world of fast food burgers, this one is not good. Get a French dip or Roast Beef instead."

"It was partially my fault. I ordered the big game burger thinking it was about football. But it actually has elk and venison in it. Which in my opinion is disgusting. Other people may like it. The problem I had with it the sauce was on the bun. The hamburgers weren't straight. It just wasn't a good experience but it wasn't too bad as I gave it three stars because I also should have read what was in the burger"

"I used to like this location. When we pulled in (about 5 pm, on Tue., 8/8/2023) my wife commented, "Are they closed?" Nobody was there. Then, we ordered (Waygu burger, two french dips, curly fries and lemonade) and were told to pull up, even though no one else was in line. Then, we waited and waited and waited...over 15 minutes! Three other cars came and left. So I went in and asked the "manager" what was going on? He hands me a bag. We take it home. The $8 Wagyu burger was a flattened mess with sauce spilling out all over and hardly any veggies (as pictured). The curly fries were old...not fresh. Now, we know why this place was empty. -Too bad for the current owner :("

"We stopped on our way to Florida. We normally prefer Arby's to other fast food restaurants... not this time. The dining room closed at 3 pm so we had to go through drive through. That was no big deal. We got our order and left. We should have known to check it before pulling away. The order was correct and that is the only positive thing I have to say. The roast beef on my sandwich was old, crusty and barely warm. The bun was burnt. You could smell the scorched scent before unwrapping the sandwich. The krinkle fries were old and cold. My husband received old, cold chicken tenders and lukewarm curly fries. We will definitely not be back and I advise others to try the other restaurants at this exit or keep traveling to another Arby's location."
