"Never in my life have I encountered this much disrespect from customer service, much less a supervisor!! I had a claim for property damage done by FedEx. My claim was denied so I wanted to appeal and speak to a supervisor because I had proof of damage (pictures with time stamp of when taken and the label of the only package received that day). Mark F., who is the supervisor of the FedEx claims didn’t get back to me for 3 weeks. Finally called and was extremely rude, inconsiderate, hostile and degrading. He told me there was not enough proof of damage then stating how does he know the damage was already there and im just trying to get FedEx to pay for it. He constantly interrupted me and raised his voice, which I did in return. He did not care about the problem or fixing it. He “gets these calls all the time when claims aren’t paid”. He had zero customer service skills. His tone and the way he spoke to me was very degrading. I asked for his supervisor and he told me I don’t get to know that information he also refused to appeal my case although I have the evidence ! I’m in disbelief he is a supervisor with this company. This is NOT the way to treat people when I’m just trying to get my property fixed that was damaged by FedEx!! You should reevaluate your employees. It was completely unacceptable."

"Ciara wash is of minimal help. My baby consumed a contaminated can of baby formula purchased at a Whole Foods in Houston. I have been patient with Ciara and Gallagher Bassett with minimal updates! Instead of taking responsibility for Whole Foods saling and then delivering the tainted formula, they are pushing the issue on the Vendor as if the vendor directly sold me the contaminated can."

"This company is one of the worst companies that I have had to deal with. After 6 weeks, the "Resolution" mgr claimed they never received my repair estimate. I finally get her on the phone and sent the estimate again and miraculously it arrived that time. Said she would have approval for repair by the next afternoon. No response to emails or phone. I finally refused to accept a call back and eventually got someone to approve the payment so that I could schedule the repair. No sense of urgency, no return emails, and no call backs."

"This company is one of the worst companies I have ever seen. I hit my head at work january 30th and it's now April 7th and I still haven't gotten paid. You can't ever get in touch with anyone. They never call back when they say they will. They dont ever do what they say they are going to and if they do they mess it up. This entire company needs to be shut down."

"Beyond ignorant and stupid company. Called to request a whistle blower number to report fraudulent medical claims billing to their company. Spoke with three operators who had no idea what I was talking about and had no idea how to handle the calls. Nothing on the website to report workers' comp fraud billing. I guess they have money to burn."
