"These folks do not tell the truth on the phone. I specifically called these people to see if they took our vision insurance. Made it a point to ask. Sure. Not a problem. Don’t believe it!! Get time off from work to drive an hour for a scheduled appointment. They’ll drop you like a hot potato. Show up and they tell you they don’t take it. Maybe it’s a scam to get you in and then charge? They’ll give try w story that the call center doesn’t know and take absolutely no responsibility. Then act like they don’t care."
