"When Dr.Tom retired this place went down hill. Dr and NP turnover is terrible and the staff in front is very rude and ghetto. This office you must keep vm because front lie so much it’s sad. They take 2 hours to see you and they don’t care about the children care at all. I finally switched my boys care when they told my mom they don’t carry the shoots needed for children to get in school and I had to take them to the health department or another office. I can’t believe insurance still pays them for this service. If you can go to another pediatrician because this one isn’t worth time or any insurance you would pay for."

"This office has went completely down hill. My daughter was seeing Dr.Tom (he was amazing) since she was a baby. Before he retired he gave her her 5 year old shots and told me she didn’t need more until she was 12. Her 5 year old check up comes up and I didn’t take her due to her already receiving the vaccines she needed and there was no need for us to go in a doctors office with Covid spikes and other viruses. Called up to the office to get her shot records for school and they REFUSED to give me a copy of her shot records because I didn’t take her to the 5 year check up. Was told that she needed 3-4 more shots that she had already received and I kept telling them she already received them. Went up to the office to pick up the shot records they then said she needed 5 more shots . I went home found her shot records and called the office and let them know that she had received all the shots that they were trying to get me to get her and they told me they were just trying to get her in for her check up . This office is unprofessional and rude. I feel bad for the people there that actually care about the kids and work hard. If I could give 0 stars I would . DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE"

"Dr. Jerin Alexander is the best doctor. He always has a positive attitude he listens to everything you have to say and doesn’t rush you like most do. I never have to wait long to be called back. If I ever have a question I call and always get helped by Missy she is the best up front and will always be helpful and kind and work you in if you need it. She treats my kids like they are her own! My kids love her. I will not take them to another doctor. Even if it means every time they go I have to drive 30+ minutes. Highly recommend you see Jerin Alexander."

"The doctors there are fantastic and compassionate. But unfortunately the wait time is unacceptable. I have been there for over a year and my wait time has typically been over an hour sometimes two. I am leaving because it seems to be something they don’t care to change. If I have an appointment at 10:30, I expect to be seen within 30 minutes of that time, and today it was an hour and 20 minutes."
