"I can't find the website for the Pooler location, but this complaint is for that location. That place was absolute trash and I will not be going back. Staff if unfriendly and snippy. The people who work there are rude and talk over you and don't listen. You have to snap back at them to get a word in or your point across. Noone answers the phone or seems to know anything, and when you get transferred to talk to someone it always goes to voicemail. There was one nurse who was so irritatingly rude and when I asked to be transferred to someone I could complain to zhe refused and told me she was going to transfer me to a nurse. We argued and while talking she transferred me to the nurse and disregarded the fact I asked to speak to a supervisor. There is no communication and you will be waiting for weeks to get results back if you are having tests done. I left a message for the supervisor who supposedly has 24 hours to respond, but tool 3 days, and I was only told that she would lool into it. Absolutely would give zero stars if possible. This place was a pathetic excuse for a medical office and a waste of people's time and money. Absolutely awful experience."

"I never post negative reviews. I also work in healthcare so understand certain things. This place is awful. I was a new patient. I had an appointment at 4:45. I received a call around 1:00 asking if I could come in sooner. When I asked what time they said "whenever you can get here" so I dropped what I was doing and told them I could get there by 2:00. I arrived on time and sat in the lobby for an hour. Then I sat in the room for 20 minutes. The doctor told me he was glad I came in early so he didn't have to wait around until my 4:45 appointment. Incredibly unprofessional and caught me off guard. I sat for well over an hour so he didn't have to wait around? After 5 minutes he decided I needed multiple tests and left. I was then led to another office to wait to schedule. I sat there for almost another hour. Then I was told that to schedule this procedure that the doctor did not feel strongly about and was poorly explained I would have to pay over $1000 out of pocket. To even schedule. I told them that was not a possibility and left. I was asked to then wait at the front desk to schedule another test. This place is just awful. Patients are obviously just another paycheck. I truly don't understand how this place stays open. So dang money hungry. It also looks like it could really use a makeover."
