"I can't say enough good things about this office! The ladies at the desk are always so kind and helpful! I know Ms. Shan's name, but there is another lady at the check-in counter who is always a delight as well! They patiently go above and beyond to work with my busy schedule (mom, full time employee, and full time student) when scheduling my appointments! Ms. Alex, the NP, always makes me feel heard and comfortable during my appointments, as does Dr. P, and they do an excellent job of explaining things to me if I have questions. Nurse Jodi and Tatania (I'm not sure if I got her name right) are the 2 main nurses I've seen, and they're always very personable and make me feel comfortable as well! I also appreciate the lady who does my ultrasounds each visit, because she explains to me exactly what she's seeing and even gets me some great pictures to take home if the baby is cooperative lol I had to switch from another office that I loved due to a change in health insurance, and I was so nervous, but they have put my mind at ease, and I am so excited to have them deliver my baby girl in a few short weeks!"
