"Dr. Smith is the best. At one point she was taking care of my mother, then afterwards she started seeing my dad also. The family love her dearly. She always have patients with both. She just don't run in, then run out. Good bedside matters & hands on."
"My first visit with Dr. Smith went incredibly well. She had thoroughly reviewed notes and labs from my referring MD and discussed all the info with me. She thoughtfully set out a plan, and it is working. My blood pressure is now normal and under control. We will work on other issues next. I'm very pleased with this medical group, particularly Dr. Smith and her staff."
"My first appointment was good. Met with the PA & Dr. , they scheduled blood work and an ultrasound. Came back a week after all testing was completed, dr. explained results, changed some medication. Two days later I called the office and left a VM for the nurse about my medication not working and so far its been 3 weeks with no return call. Called them to get my medical records and was in hold 22 minutes. Go in the next day like they asked and no one knew what I was talking about! Dr is good but staff sucks!"
"My husband had an appt at 1330. The medical student came in at 1410 to do the history then MD came in at 1426 and gone in 5 minutes. The staff at no point came in to let us know that the MD was running behind. Not a good impression at all with the office. I didn't feel they were thorough. Did I mention the office smelled like urine and looked like it was being remodeled but no signs stating being remodeled. I also was in disbelief when the MD said that Martin Army Hospital tends to overreact to patients elevated creatine level. Again I was not impressed at all and neither was my husband."
"I'm a new patient so the waiting room is pretty much all the experience I've had with them. I pray that once I get out of the waiting room, the service is much better. I had a 12:00pm appointment. I called the office to let them know I was in a traffic jam and I asked if I should just reschedule. They advised me to come on in. I signed at 12:08pm. At 1:00pm when everyone ahead and after me had been seen and I was still sitting in the waiting room I knew it was time for me to leave. I ended up rescheduling anyway...I must so mention that the exact same thing happened to me at their Starks Ave location, however I was nearly 15 minutes early to that appointment of which I had to reschedule due to waiting an hour without being seen."
