"Dr. Eramilli is a wonderful doctor, but the Tucker office is severly understaffed and it's been this way for months. They rarely answer the phone, and there is no option to leave a message. They don't properly make certain all of a patient's prescriptions are called into the pharmacy. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get 2 prescriptions correctly sent to my pharmacy and they've yet to do it."
"The doctor is very helpful and kind, and I have been a patient of hers for three years. However, I am very disappointed after experiencing rude behavior from the front desk and management. They have scheduled me three times, even though each time I confirm my appointment in advance, the front desk tells me I'm not scheduled when I visit the Lawrenceville location. The fact that your own call center and employees mislead patients, waste their time and money, and act extremely rudely—as if they are working for free. and during the inquiry, they act really rudely rather than offering assistance. The call center and employees frequently give patients incorrect information, forcing them to visit the location. When they arrive, the front desk informs them that they are not scheduled, even though I have spoken to their management as well but no positive response.Doctor Errmille is a great doctor, but the behavior and mistreatment of her staff is unacceptable. I am very upset with the new staff and management and the way they treat the patient. As a result, I have decided to go with another doctor. This is a location I would never return to."
"Dont even attempt. They don’t have staff to even call and say that they are going to be closed and not to take time out of your busy schedule and/or work even though they scheduled this appointment!"
"Dr. Eramilli is the kindest doctor I have ever known. She is the only doctor that seems to truly care about me and my mother-in-law who has dementia. She reaches out to me personally on the phone when I have problems and I actually get to speak to her and not just a staff member. She truly cares about her patients and I consider her to be the best doctor alive today!!! if you’re lucky enough to get to know Dr. eramilli you will understand what I am talking about. My mother-in-law and I both think she is wonderful. Sincerely, leslie kellerman."
