"Very Disappointed in my most recent level of care with Southeastern Endocrine. I was diagnosed with a Thyroid condition and Pre-Diabetes about 5 yrs ago with Dr Munoz. Dr Munoz recommended a Diabetes class for me to take and in less than 1 yr I got off of metformin and have not had Elevated Blood sugar since. Fast Forward to getting moved to Dr Siddiqui last year after Dr Munoz left the practice and my experience has gone downhill. My recent appt was at 9:00 I arrived at 8:57 was taken to the back at 9:05 and the Dr made it in at 9:40. Upsetting since time does not seem to be valued and no apology was offered. Then within 5 mins of my visit I was offered a semaglutide b/c I was upset about recent weight gain and couldn't understand why when I thought I was following a proper diet for my thyroid condition and age. I wanted nutrition help not an injectible weight loss drug. I had noticed the prior week when in for bloodwork that semaglutide table tents were all over the office. But I thought a Diabetes and Endocrine Dr would help me with nutrition guidance vs weigh loss drugs. I was also told that due to my age my weight gain was probably caused by menopause and there are not alot of options for me. My appt was over within 10 mins after he was 40 mins late into the room. I spent more time waiting than with the Dr. That feels wrong. Sadly after 5 yrs I am looking for a new practice to manage my thyroid condition and help me with nutrition guidance. Dr Munoz was an excellent Dr. I cannot say the same for Dr S sadly."

"Docs and nurses are good but the lady with the blonde hair at the front is very rude. I read the reviews about the front office staff being rude before making my first appointment and they weren't joking. Each time I've been in, I've seen her snap at everyone who approaches her. When she snapped at me twice, I wanted to say, "If your job is customer service and pleasantries and you have none, get another job.""

"I have been seeing Dr. Reed for 18 years. He is always patient and listens - he is brilliant, creative and always wants to get to the root cause of what is happening to me. Sometimes I wait - yes, but typically it is because he has a patient in distress at the hospital or has taken the time to sit and listen to another patient. I have no problem waiting because I know when he does come in - he is fully there for me. The staff is friendly and efficient - everyone is just busy. I appreciate this practice and also think Dr. Reed saved my life - he discovered a parathyroid adenoma that my PC never found an instead said - "high calcium? Let's watch that" for over a year. I was miserable! How are my bones? Dr. Reed sends me down the hall for a bone scan - or an ultrasound - and the lab is there, too. Couldn't be more convenient. He is wonderful and so is the practice."

"Drs are great... But the office staff has been impossible for my wife to deal with... When your medication is as important to your wellbeing as insulin, I would think it would be a good practice to be timely and helpful in your response."

"I’ve been shuffled around to three different doctors in five years. Today I went for my appointment with another new doctor to find out he too has left and I have No appointment. They said a letter was sent but I never got one and they could fit me in in November. Thanks bunches!"
