Dr. Matthew Richardson

"My wife has a back injury and went to go see Dr. Richardson last October or November. At first, it seemed like it was going to be great. I went with her to one of her appointments and he was very nice and thorough. She went through a few procedures including nerve ablation and an epidural, none of which worked. She was getting desperate as her pain had been at an 8 for a very long time. She was going through PT, but nothing was getting better. Every time she would mention how much pain she was in, Dr. Richardson's response was ALWAYS "I'm not giving you opiods." My wife never asked for any kind of medication. She didn't want opioids, she wanted his advice on how to go forward and find a solution to her intense back pain. Not once did she ask for drugs. It became abundantly clear that when the pain moves into a more chronic variety and isn't acute, Dr. Richardson loses interest in helping patients. He literally told her "I can't help you." She's left that practice and is going to see a highly regarded back doctor who is actually looking at her like a whole person, since she has some other issues. She stopped going to PT there too, because they also lost interest in helping when it became chronic. EDIT: She went to another Neurologist who took one look at some nodules she had shown to Dr. Richardson and he told her to go see a rheumatologist. Dr. Richardson said they were nothing to be concerned about. The rheumatologist says she has Spondyloarthritis. She did have a back injury, but that was most likely caused by a fall from the Spondyloarthritis that made her leg weak. It's been over a year of hell and it could have been under control much sooner if Dr. Richardson would have thought outside of the box."

"I have had an excellent experience while attending this establishment, no complaints whatsoever. Everyone was very professional and so nice and courteous and most of all just professional and very punctual. I just appreciate great customer service on the highest level from the front desk clerk, to the PT therapist, and all the way up to the doctor himself. How refreshing it is to go anywhere nowadays and receive any of these accolades and then all in one spot. I definitely give 5 stars all the way across!"

I absolutely love that I can get complete professional care from scripts, mri, physical therapy, etc. all under one umbrella and no matter what Doctor you see its all the same excellent level of professional care. "My experience with Doctor Richardson was very positive! Before my car accident I was very fitness oriented and was training to get my personal training license. After I got hit, I had difficulty moving my neck. Dr. Richardson’s practice provided me with the support and rehab I needed to get back on track to a slow recovery.
