"This dental office I WILL NEVER RETURN TO not only was the one dentist the first time was kinda rude, but I had to go back to get wisdom teeth removed not only did I feel everything, they had a student pull my wisdom teeth n they didn’t numb me good yet they kept pulling them while I was telling him I was feeling everything so needless to say very painful experience n they wasn’t gentle"
"As we were taught in the military it starts at the top. There is no way the VA leadership does not know about the horrible customer service at this facility. I’ve physically walked in to this facility and asked questions to be replied back to with a nonprofessional attitude. The whole program should be revamped starting with the Va leadership. I have Covid and tried calling to reschedule an appointment for four days and know one has even called me back. Even the switchboard operator has sent messages to them with no reply. Collecting a check from taxpayers without giving service to the most valued customers who served this country. Ridiculous. Definitely contacting senator Osoff."
"I have call this VA 4 TIMES and placed on hold 10 minutes each time and then they hung up on me. I broke a tooth while visiting my daughter in Georgia and I can't get any help. I also asked the operator for patients advocate and still have not spoke with anyone."
"Tracie Hood at The Ft. McPherson Dental Clinic is the Gold Standard in customer service. This young lady helped me and a relative get scheduled for an appointment, she has a positive attitude, and most of all she cares about the men and women who have fought for this country."
"Not even the VA Appt operators can get ahold of them although I appreciate them for trying. Currently on the phone waiting and the operator on the other side has tried three extensions already. It’s only a cyst in my jawline, I guess I don’t really need my teeth now that I’m a vet and cast aside, huh? Seriously the worst VA clinic i’ve been to in GA is Atlanta. If you’re still wondering if it’s gotten better, it hasn’t and I don’t think anyone takes it seriously how much we need help"
