"Customer Service is horrible. Sad part is it's our own people. No type of care that it is a medical facility. The young lady at the front desk is LOUD N RUDE for no reason. Mind you the desk is right at the door. Stand in line which makes no sense how close it is to door and her desk and the officer. You can hear everyone's symptoms, address name all personal information. From front desk to walk in all I experienced was RATCHETNESS. We would never get this in a wyt office Do better because without us as patients you would be out of a job. Overall let's do some training and rehiring"

"At 28 years old, I am a lifelong patient of this clinic. I have received pediatric care here as a child, adult care, obgyn care. I think Keila Brown is an awesome obgyn. That’s all I have good to say about this place. The facilities are not clean enough. The staff is RUDE. You can never get to anyone on the phones. Even when you do have an appointment, you have to wait 2+ Hours to be seen. Maybe the problem is systemic/ political, but either way, it’s sad to see."
