"This is a review of the practice, not of Dr. Hasso herself, she is a wonderful doctor. I have not been there 2019, back then, it was antiquated - cash only, no patient portal, and the only results they shared were "if you don't hear from us, everything is ok". You would think even if everything was ok, that results of your physical and labs would be shared. When I requested my medical records, they said they'd call me back on multiple occasions and never did. Now I'm requesting again years later, and they said, their policy is ONLY to release to another doctor. Sounds shady to me. There's still no website, so I can only assume it's still as antiquated as it was. I stopped going for this reason, unfortunate because she really is a great doctor."
