I was very impressed with the store manager who made her time to call me today around 12 and made sure that I still get my items and even get my points from the purchase. She turned things around and handled everything so well. I really appreciate it that she cared much to do this which does not happen often anymore these days! "I ordered a photo card online (I had to use a card to hold the order), and when I got there, I paid for the photo card. When I checked my account a couple of days later, I noticed that I had paid for the photo card twice (instead of a card hold, it actually charged me). I called the customer service number listed on my bank statement and was told that I would receive a call from the local store (where I made the purchase) manager. I actually received the call and told her what happened and advised that I would receive a refund in the mail (surely they're full of it right), wrong. I actually received a refund in cash with a sticky note apologizing for the inconvenience. That made me smile and made my day. Can't remember her name, but thanks (store manager)!"

"Wonderful staff. Pharmacy staff is excellent! All the employees are always a pleasure. The pharmacist goes above and beyond to help me. When one of the medications switched to a generic because the patent ran out, the pharmacist actually showed me my options AND ordered several different brands for me over the next few months just so I could find the brand that works best for me. They are just all nice!!!"
