"Had 2 appointments for my daughter. Constant emails about insurance related things she as the provider had to do. Online scheduling hardly worked cancelled a appt and she stated didnt go through. I apologized but Julie was very short and rude about it. Then emails me the next week to cancel the rescheduled appointment which i felt was intentionally because the previous weeks cancelled appointment didn't show on her end. I wouldn't recommend if you are a busy mom with a heavy schedule to use this practice."
