"Literal scam. Billed $260 for supplies i did not order (asked them to stop sending them to me 6 months ago) and that I did not even receive! I called them immediately and asked for a refund. 1 month later and no refund."

They did a great job troubleshooting equipment over the phone and offered to come out to re- educate my mom as well. I would recommend this company to all my co-workers. "The worst customer service and heartless people. My mother has dementia, in a wheelchair and on 24/7 oxygen. She can not use a pulse concentrator due to weak breathing. The only way she can survive is to be trapped in her room in the memory unit so she can stay on the big concentrator. This caused her dementia to get very bad and she gets claustrophobic. I asked for tanks until we get the situation fixed and they refuse. I even offer to buy the tanks and they still refuse. My mother is almost 91 and this could be her last Christmas. Without tanks she will have to spend Christmas without her family and the staff at Adult & Pediatric could care less! I have never dealt with such inhumane people!!!!!"

"This company fraudulently bills for equipment. I have made multiple calls, and was assured the credit would appear on my account. This is now month 3, still no billing updates. In addition, monthly statements contain a customer service number that directs you to a representative who asks for personal information and offers a Walmart gift card."
