"I am working with Allstate through my homeowners insurance. Horrible experience. I’ve been without AC since July 3rd (today is August 5) and they haven’t helped and have not provided ANY solutions during this entire time. I’ve been paired with a claims adjuster sitting in Dallas, TX and there is no sense of urgency! I reached out to Max last week frantic about the company they’re using and asked if could he help. Again, nothing, no solution, no help, no assistance, and still no AC. It’s the summer in GA in the middle of a heatwave and the level of urgency and attention I’ve received is mind blowing. I’m literally praying this nightmare will be over soon so I can switch companies. They’re all the same but at least I can pick and choose where I spend money. No one cares about providing quality service any longer and it’s evident in the way things are handled. I hope those of you with car insurance are having a much better experience but I can say I would NOT recommend them for your homeowners’ needs."
