"On 12-28-23 went in because I was not feeling too well. On leaving the doctor gave me a summary of what I was there for. A few days later I took a look at the summary because I needed to send it to my job because days later I ended up sick. Upon reading it. Someone put on my medical records that I have a history of smoking. How does that happen I never smoked, drank or did any type of drugs my whole entire life. What baffles me is the nurse didn't really ask me any questions because I was coughing so much. But where do you get because a patient comes in with a cough its due to smoking? I'm going to need to speak to someone about what was placed on my medical records or I will be going to the medical board for putting false information on a patient's record. Do y'all understand how this could affectct some people getting life insurance? FOUR CORNER PRIMARY do better. Act like you care about your patient and not the money."

"Awful experience, I had an appointment at 8:15am to go over my results, I showed up 10 minutes early and still sat in the waiting area for more than an hour. When they finally they took me into a room, I then waited another 30 min until finally the Dr came in, almost 2 hours after my appointment. When I complained to the Dr. on why I had to come and spent 2 hours waiting, pay my $40 co-pay so that they just could go over my result in less than 5 min and tell me something that I already knew and that it was not serious and could have been told over the phone, the Dr just said that is “standard procedure”. What was the point of having an appt when either way I’m going to be seen 2 hours later??? The interior of the clinic looks really outdated and under construction, I decided to look pass that and did not care as long as they gave me good service, but what happened to me today and treating my time like it did not matter, that is not right. Normally I do not leave bad reviews but what happened me to today was just unacceptable. Will be looking for a new Dr for all my family."

"I've been coming here for about 7 years now and the staff is always really nice and listens to your problems/concerns. Four corners has been very good about getting me an appointment scheduled fairly quickly anytime I've needed to be seen. The Doctors listen very well to what my concerns are. The wait isn't much different than most offices its actually pretty good for last minute appointments too. Ms. Timms is an excellent staff member if there's anything you are having issues with she is great at helping resolve problems/other concerns you may have! Overall happy with the care I receive from this provider!"

"If I could give this facility 0 stars I would, but I'll give the front staff a star just for working at a poorly ran health facility. I came in at 10:30, my appt was at 11; but I needed to talk to someone since I can never get anyone on the phone. By the way, I tried to make an appt online and was not able to, so I called and no answer, so I actually went in to make an appt. A week later here I am at the office and I still have not been seen, it's was after 12 when I decided to leave. I got my co-pay back and now I have to find another health facility to have the check up that I was planning on having today...I'm sure that will be another week or more. I am so disappointed, please do better."
