"I am only giving two stars because of Dr. Haq. He was wonderful. His medical assistant today, however, was rude and unprofessional. I called their office after I left my appointment to ask them to change my preferred pharmacy to a different one if the prescription hadn’t been called in yet. The medical assistant responded with, “That is why I asked you if that was the right pharmacy and you said it was.” I was simply calling to ask her to change it and was never angry or accusatory. She made me feel like a complete inconvenience and burden to her. I had a couple other questions, as well, that I don’t think she even listened to because she just wanted to get me off the phone. This person needs some serious empathy training and should probably consider leaving her field of work if she is going to have an attitude with the people she is supposed to serve and help."

"Dr Michael Park is an excellent listener and problem solver. I do wish that the old system of being able to talk to a member of his staff the first time you call was still in place."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. I called around an hour and a half after my virtual appointment because I had some clarifying questions about the status of my prescription. In my actual appointment I was told it would be ready within the hour, but my local CVS gave me a delayed message with no ETA. I told the receptionist this and she basically scoffed at me and acted like it was common sense that I should know that the nurses wouldn’t know anything about the timeline of the prescription. She kept deflecting me and telling me to call CVS over and over and had the worst attitude I’ve ever dealt with. I’m sick as a dog, just trying to gain some clarity and that’s how y’all treat your clients? Never will I ever try to get in contact with y’all’s location again."

"Overall I give the Physicians I have been treated by at Piedmont all a 5 star rating for their expertise, professionalism, caring attitudes. The physician I saw today in Primary Care (Dr Robert Fullerton) was unprofessional, rude, and condescending during my visit. I would NEVER willingly choose to bee seen by him ever again!"
