"Recently switched my primary care to Dr. Wright. I must say that my annual physical appt went well and everyone was pleasant. When I received my lab results I noticed a particular lab was not included. I called and requested a lab requisition to have this test done. Now first of all it’s my insurance and if I request labs they should honor that request. My lab results for this one thing were elevated a year ago so I wanted to recheck them. I was told that once you have elevated numbers they will always be elevated. This is an uninformed statement to make, which I questioned. Then I was told that once you’re diagnosed with a disease your numbers stay elevated. I have NOT been diagnosed with anything. If the doctor had actually talked to me instead sending blanket statements she would have known this. Totally dissatisfied with this response and not honoring my lab request. Now I’m looking for a new doctor and one that is not so black & white and all western medicine."

"I switched to this practice several months back. I have had a great experience. You are not kept waiting for long periods of time in the front or back office. You never feel rushed with the doctor. Overall great, friendly and uncrowded environment."

"Be careful! I would have givem 0 or negative star. I think, this practice engages in some deceptive billing practice. During your annual physical, if provider asks you about any health concerns and you say anything, they will bill your insurance twice-- one for annual physical and one for sick visit even if the provider said one sentence about your concern. This happened twice to my family. At the end, you will be stuck with close to $200 bill as your insurance will usually not cover sick visit until deductible is met. There are plenty offices that do not practice this way. They lost my family as their patients for our annual checkup. If during they find issues and there are further management of that condition, they have every right to bill for those services. It isn't acceptable to me that they bill same visit twice to my insurance and collect double the money without really doing any management of that condition."
