"My wife fired Dr Brown for being an unprofessional and unhelpful neurologist and this guy actually went through the effort of sending a “we will not see you again” letter via certified mail. LOL, the ego on this guy! If you need a myasthmia gavis specialist maybe he’s your guy but for anything else just stay away, he’s awful."
"I have been coming here for over 16 years. I have had good services from my physician. On the other hand, the Billing Department(DISORGANIZED). I reached out to the billing department three different times regarding several bills I received. Each time my copay was applied to an outstanding account, I never received a statement. I was seen Oct. 2023 and paid my copay. I received a message that I owed forty dollars. I called the billing department, and my Forty dollars was applied to an outstanding balance date of Feb. 2021, and I still owe for Oct. 2023, which I paid on the date of services. First time I was told I owed for the year 2019, and the Second time 2023 and today 2021. The dates keep changing. This is the third time my copay has moved to a different date and year. I reached out to my insurance company and provided the date I was told I owed the copay for and was advised Laureate Medical submitted no claims for the data provided to me by the billing department. I spoke with the Supervisor, Mr. Markus, in the billing department, and this guy was incompetent, rude, and unbecoming of a Supervisor who kept cutting me off when speaking. This entire department needs to be retrained in customer service. This is the reason why I keep all my documents. (Beware, keep all documents)"
"I am sticking around Laureate for now because I like the doctors. That being said, omg, I have been dancing around getting medication & issues with prescriptions going on 4 months now. They seem to lose my information every time I speak to them & time & time again tell me that there is no record I ever spoke to someone about my issues. I have asked for my specific pharmacy to be listed as my preferred & every time I chat with someone on phone or in person it changes to a different pharmacy. Not to mention the issues with pre-authorization & how someone told me it was my job to get the insurance to provide a pre auth for a medication (big not true). & then once I got the authorization, no one called it into the pharmacy. Everyone I speak to is lovely, but I do feel like I'm in a fun house mirror of nightmares every time one of them acts like it's 50 first dates & I have to go through the whole thing again & again. I don't blame the people, I blame the systems. Idk what user tracking system you all use but at this point carrier pigeons or an enigma machine would be more likely to get the message across. My family is currently taking bets on if my extensive blood work ever ended up where it needed to or if I will be pinned for a murder because they found the vials at the scene of a crime & laureate will have no record I ever existed. If my lupus kills me I will haunt the IT dept of Laureate Medical Group for good measure. Great waiting room though & the Ramen place downstairs is fire."
"I see both Dr. Qureshi in neurology and Dr. Wheeler in endocrinology at Laureate Medical Group and they are the very best. I say this after having had several neurologists and endocrinologists who couldn't help me. Dr. Qureshi has helped me reign in my migraines that were occurring 17+ days out of the month. I now have only 3-4 migraines every three months thanks to Dr. Qureshi's excellent botox skills and Qulipta. Dr. Qureshi is also just a wonderful person, and truly cares about his patients. He has worked with me for the last three years as I've tried to unravel the cause of my headaches, has taken notes on what has helped and not helped, and can in turn help other patients who may have similar triggers as I do. He also always responds in the portal, which is a huge bonus for me. Dr. Wheeler is probably the most brilliant doctor I've ever seen. I can lead her through a 15-year history of thyroid issues and she follows every word, listens to what I have to say about my symptoms, and then prescribes based on my symptoms and not just my lab numbers. She also always responds in the portal, and has even immediately sent in a 5 day prescription of NP Thyroid when I forgot my meds on vacation. I appreciate both of these doctors so much, and I've never had an issue with the staff other than I sometimes I have to call them to get my botox appointments scheduled."
"This place is so unprofessional. To see a front office staff member name Erica flirting with other employees and Myself this needed to be discussed. The wait times are horrible, You would think a doctors office would be more time efficient and professional this is not it. Choose another doctors office PLEASE ⚠️ WARNING"
