"If I could give zero stars I would. My sister is a disabled stroke patient and she was given samples of a medication that worked really, really well for her seizures. However, I have tried contacting this office for 3 weeks to get them to send the actual prescription to the pharmacy and have received zero response. I have left several voicemails and sent messages through the patient portal. She runs out of this medication tomorrow and it could have terrible side effects if she stops this medication abruptly. Luckily, she has another doctor who is being kind enough to call this medication in for her. We will not return to this neurologist."
"I will have to say this is one of the worst doctors I have ever used. I left messages text , email for 6 days now and no answer from anyone. I have used them for a year and a person has never answered it goes to voice mail every single time. I very dissatisfied with the response or no response from anyone. I have noticed on the reviews that I am not the only one that has this problem."
