"I have been using this office since 2017. However, since Dr Wilson left, the office and the level of care is never the same. I have had a deeply frustrating experience with this business since Dec 2022. In 2022 my daughter was seen for a well visit, which is 100 % covered by the insurance. Unfortunately, since then I have been receiving constant reminders of a bill of $156. The lack of compassion from the office personnel is evident, coupled with their cluelessness about billing matters. They tend to charge quickly without accurately billing visits or following up with insurance. The high turnover in staff and the unavailability of the office manager to address concerns exacerbate the situation. Since 2022, I have been working on resolving this issue and 1+ year later….they are still working on it but still demanding that I pay the bill in order to be seen. My child has been denied care, and efforts to obtain GRITS and medical records have been hindered by their assumption of an unpaid bill, which is, in fact, due to incorrect billing, which they fail to correct with the insurance . Today, I finally got to spoke with the office manager who rather than resolve the issue put me on hold/ hung up on me!! Zero compassion…..zero customer service!"

"I came across this establishment for my son who was 1 at the time I began coming here due to his old pediatrician becoming out of network with my insurance. Because me and my husband make the 30 min drive Fayetteville for our medical needs (which is really good) we assumed Trinity Pediatrics would be a good fit. Dr. Teddy Virgil was new to this facility at the time. My experience with her was not good, she never seemed like she tried to get acquainted with her patients..her approach to addressing medical concerns is very I don’t care and not warm/welcoming…she tells you what your child’s development “should be” instead of openly discussing how your child is developing basically making you feel like you aren’t a good parent. She has a bad habit of referring everything back to “her boys” and how she parents which is not professional in my eyes. She just doesn’t give that caring spirit you should have when being a doctor let alone a children’s doctor. The front staff is very indiscreet and pushy about paying whenever you come in instead of asking if you want to make a payment they damn near force you into making a payment. When my child was very sick I came in to get a second opinion and be on the safe side as a first time mom..nobody in the waiting room and Dr. Virgil wouldnt even see me..she had the administrator come talk to me and tell me it may be better to go to urgent care, because they were still working on getting her in the system and I would have to pay $75 out of pocket. My son was seeing her for months…why was this not brought up and addressed to me then? Unorganized. I was so happy when my son’s old doctor was back in network for my insurance. I do not recommend this place at all. They are in the wrong career field."

"My son has been a patient at the center since his birth in 2018, Back when Dr. Brittany was there. We should’ve left when she left, but honestly finding a new dr can be a little frustrating. I’ve had multiple issues at the location, but all with the front staff, which has been switched about 5 times in 5 years. Makes sense. Some issues were the staff was just plain RUDE AND NASTY over the phone. Another time my son had a dr or dentist appt at 1:00. I wasn’t seen until after 2:45. What ? Bc they were backed up and didn’t say anythin so I waited. The next time I foresaw that I left. He had a dentist appt at 10 am. I sign him in and there are about 20 other kids with a. dentist appt at 10 !! How does that even make sense? I ended up asking about the wait and just left and rescheduled for another day. Im telling you I really should’ve left them smh. Well this last thing was it for me. Not sure who did it but someone put genital herpes in my 5 year old’s dentist chart. This is supposedly a check list I did years ago, yet this was the first time I was asked ? And when the head dentist asked he made a corny joke “well I know he was a player but I know he ain’t a player like that”. Sir my son is 5 ? Don’t put sex on him. He doesn’t even know what it is. at the end when I asked to see his chart, the dentist said it was already corrected. And I was like well I wanna make sure nothing else is on there that shouldn’t be. And he’s like I already fixed it. It was just that. And then I say well what about if something is missing and should be on there ? This man wouldn’t let me see that chart for nothin ! He just kept saying he fixed it. What’s on there you don’t want me to see ? Bc I would NEVER say my son had anything like that !!! They’re gross for that."

"The office manager had a bad attitude! So bad I was making another appointment for a different dentist while I was there. She called me up to the front I told her one moment and she rolled her eyes! Charged some people for mask and let’s other people go without. Wants your child to go to the back to answer questions about their past dental work! I’m sorry but a parent needs to be with little children before any medical or dental work is done to ensure a proper assessment! This office needs to do some customer service training with the office manager. I didn’t stay to be seen because of her! My child’s new dentist in Peachtree city is amazing!"
