"My daughter was also placed on a 1013 hold meaning that she would need to be transferred via EMS to a mental health facility. I was not allowed to coordinate the transportation myself because of this emergency hold on my daughter. The hospital used CEMS which is out of network with my insurance. My insurance sent a check to me for what their portion would have been had they been in network, along with the EOB showing my portion. I sent a check for both amounts as payment in full per state and federal protections under the No Surprise Act, but they continue to send bills. This is not legal and it’s not right. And the bill was higher than the hospital bill. Ridiculous and disgusting."

"I had to take my child to the ER for suicidal ideations. She was placed on a 1013 hold meaning that she would need to be transferred via EMS to a mental health facility. The hospital chose this company which turned out to be out of network with BCBS. I received a bill for $4800!!! My insurance only allowed $466 for these services. I called to see if they would write off a portion of that bill and they refused and would only put me on a payment plan. I am a single mom getting ready to put a kid through college. I cannot afford to pay 5k! For context, this was a 20 mile drive with a medically stable patient. No emergency care was provided. This is what is wrong with Healthcare in this country. Even with insurance, companies like this charge ridiculous amounts. It is a rip off and companies like this should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of hardworking people!"

"This business is horrendous. They owe me money from overpaying for their services when my card was on auto pay for a bill with them. Once the bill was paid off, they were still charging my card. I've called several times to get reimbursed and a check in the mail... nothing! Beware!! Pay any debt you have with them one transaction at a time, NOT on auto pay!"

"I believe the techs Madison and Austin are from this location van #07757. EMS was called for a resident who fell. Austin was rude and condescending from the time he entered the residents room. With sharp answers, loud breathing and frequent eye rolls. Madison was not as bad however, she was also short and rude and I felt bad that my resident had to leave with them. My co workers also commented on the rudeness of the techs."
