"I told this office what insurance I had to begin with. They made me get my primary Dr to send them med charts and refferal. It took me a month of there oh we'll call you when the Dr looks at your chart. The 3 day after appointment is made they call me and said oh we can't take that insurance. No biggie right it's only my life they are being inconsiderate with!"
